The Eurosharp has two front slots: one for double-beveled blades (represented by a knife) and one for single-beveled blades (represented by scissors). Place the blade on a stable surface, rest the sharpener on it, and with light pressure, slide the Eurosharp toward the tip. Repeat until you achieve the desired sharpness, always starting from the inner side of the blade.

For perfect sharpening, the Eurosharp features two ceramic rods at the back that remove burrs created during sharpening, ensuring a thorough and lasting finish.
